Live Chat is one of the best pieces of software I have ever worked with! Live chat allows you to not only improve customer/client sales and communication but also get on with work if you are a small business rather than having to constantly monitor your website/sites.
Some of the excellent features I liked about live chat include…
1. Clear, easy to use interface - when first viewing the interface you will find it pleasant on the eye, uncluttered and easy to find any options and setting you require.
2. Help files - a help files link is easily viewable in the top interface bar which opens an extensive knowledge base of required information. If you can’t find an answer to a pressing question, live help is available 24/7 from the company itself which can be accessed through the interface.
